Luxury Board Plan
The prices are given, unless otherwise indicated, per person and per day including the Alpbacherhof luxury board plan. No discounts can be given for any services not consumed.

Supplements
We pay a local tourism tax of € 2.00 per person per day to the tourist board. This is included in our package offers for stays of at least 3 days. For stays of less than 3 days, the tax will be added to your bill.

Surcharge for Late Check-out € 30.00 (only available upon request and pending availability).

Reservation
You reservation is considered confirmed when we receive your deposit payment of € 200.00 per person, by Eurocheque.

Time of arrival
On your day of arrival, your room will be ready from 2pm. In case of an arrival after 7pm, we ask for your phone call.

Surcharge for a single room 
For double-room occupancy, a discount of € 25.00 per day is given for payments made in cash. More information is available at the reception.

Deposit Payment
The deposit payment is a processing fee. In the event of a cancellation, it will only be refunded if the payer has arranged a travel insurance policy or can present a doctor's note.

Date Changes
In the event of an early departure or delayed arrival, the entire price of stay as booked will be included in the bill.

Child Discount
Children's prices and discounts are valid for two adults in the same room paying full price.

Dogs
Please understand that we can only accommodate dogs if a previous agreement is made, with their own sleeping arrangements (basket, blanket, etc.), and can only reserve certain rooms for guests with dogs.

Pets may not accompany guests to the dining room, wellness area and sunbathing lawn. € 10.00 per day

Wellness
Our team will reserve the time slot for the booked ritual, and make careful, concerted preparations for the event. If you are not able to receive your treatment, please do give other guests the opportunity to indulge in the experience. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full price of the treatment will be charged.

Packages
Packages and treatments confirmed during the booking of your hotel stay are considered binding. The wellness and spa vouchers you receive as part of our package offers can only be redeemed between 9am and 12 noon.

Nature SPA: From 2pm to 7pm. Sauna from 11am to 7pm. Fitness room: From 7am to 10pm. Outdoor pool, indoor pool and relaxation rooms: From 7am to 7pm. Relaxation Lounge: Beauty and vitality treatments from 9am to 12 noon and from 2:30pm to 7:30pm.
