The “Alpbacher Schwitzalm“ - a Finnish outdoor old wood sauna - is a special experience, with a magnificent view of the wonderful Alpbach valley landscape. While breaking a healthy sweat, you enjoy a fabulous view and breathe in the beneficial tart aroma of old wood.
The aroma of spicy herbs in the “Natur“ herbal steam bath lets you breathe freely again. Relax in pleasant warmth and with every breath, inhale a healthy herbal aroma which really does you good!
The “Tirol“ saline steam bath is also a relief for your respiratory system. In addition, the “Zirben Therme” is always worth a visit - an infrared cabin made entirely of Swiss stone pine in which you feel the soft warmth of the infrared heat on your skin - and at the same time breathe in the beneficial stone pine aroma. The wood of the "Queen of the Alps", as the Swiss stone pine is also called, is proven as positive for your health in medical studies. The quality of relaxation in spaces with Swiss stone pine is therefore visibly higher.
After and between treatments in the various warming chambers, a visit to the water experience spa with a rain shower, water stream and coloured light, as well as ice crystals to cool off provides a welcome refreshment.
